Asia Zoraya Lee-Hamlin, affectionately known as Chef AZ, is a culinary virtuoso whose journey seamlessly blends formal education with an innate passion for the art of cooking.

Rooted in her rich African American and Panamanian heritage, Chef AZ’s cooking style is a vibrant fusion of bold flavors and cultural traditions reimagined with a healthy twist.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts at Auguste Escoffier Culinary Arts School while simultaneously earning a BS in Business from Rutgers University. Both degrees are set for completion in 2026. Chef AZ masterfully fuses gastronomy's artistry with business management's strategic acumen.

While her formal education provides a strong foundation, her true culinary prowess has flourished through self-guided exploration and hands-on experience. Her time at Escoffier is refining her techniques, deepening her understanding of flavor profiles, and sharpening her ability to craft visually stunning and innovative dishes.

Today, Chef AZ stands as a testament to dedication and creativity in the kitchen, curating exceptional dining experiences that celebrate her diverse cultural influences while embracing wholesome, nourishing ingredients.
